Our Story

There are few places in the world where silence feels sacred, and time gently slows its pace. These are the places my father, Ayaz Khan, spent his life walking from the Himalayas to the Karakorums. He watched those landscapes lose their beauty over the years. It broke his heart, but it never broke his belief that we could build differently. Build responsibly. Build with care.

In 2021 we took an unconventional bet: that Pakistan was ready for a different kind of hospitality, one where comfort and conservation could live together. We built Qubed, one of Pakistan's most recognized boutique nature-stays constructed in Nathiagali without cutting a single tree, powered by sustainable systems, and now scaling from 9 rooms to a national brand. We proved that hospitality in Pakistan can be both world-class and eco-conscious and commercially successful.

Everyone told us it wouldn't work, weather, cost, permitting, operations.

But we proved the opposite.

Qubed didn't just survive; it became a category-defining experience with a loyal market, strong unit economics, and a culture built around sustainable innovation.

Above Zero is built on those same foundations, but at a far larger scale and ambition: not just a property, but a mountain summit for Pakistan's future, where ecology, creativity, and leadership converge.
